LAWN CARE: Our lawn care programs typically run from Late-March through Mid-November and consist of tailored fertilization to meet the demands of your lawn and the constantly changing New England weather. A typical program consists of 5-7 treatments (depending on lawn condition, environment, weather patterns, and other specific needs of the lawn) and includes all broadleaf weed and crabgrass controls, evaluation, and recommendations on general care. Other services generally added include: PREVENTIVE GRUB CONTROL, LIME APPLICATIONS, and WETTING AGENTS.

**ORGANIC SERVICES ARE ALSO AVAILABLE**

Please take a moment to review then go to Contact Us to request a free comprehensive lawn analysis and quote.

LIME APPLICATION: Pelletized lime is applied 1-2 times annually (generally spring and fall) to help maintain a healthy, balanced soil pH and to add beneficial micro-nutrients important to the over-all heath, growth, and coloration of your turf.

GRUB CONTROL: Applied once annually (generally June-July) to prevent damage to the root systems of turf caused by the feeding larvae of the Japanese Beetle (grubs). This treatment is guaranteed with our lawn care programs – if your lawn is damaged by grubs we will apply a curative treatment and repair the damaged areas at no additional cost to you.

WETTING AGENTS: Applied 1-3 times annually throughout stressful summer months (generally May-August) to combat heat and drought stress by reducing the lawn’s need for excessive watering. It is an especially useful treatment(s) for those on a restrictive watering ban, or those without the time or ability to water aggressively

**This treatment does NOT substitute your lawns general need for water and will NOT prevent all stress/damage under all conditions on all lawns.**

CORE AERATION: The aeration process (generally Late-August – November) pulls soil cores from the lawn to allow for improved air, moisture, and nutrient circulation as well as creating space for, and relieving stress on root systems – promoting strong root development and expansion.

*Over-seeding after aeration is an excellent opportunity to help fill in thin areas of lawn and to improve over-all density*

TICK PROGRAM: Insecticides and repellents are applied to specific property areas at varying times throughout the season to reduce populations of ticks, fleas, and other select

pests (will be moderately effective on mosquitoes, ants, black flies, and some surface-feeding insect populations).
